Installation
============

Node Janitor is installed directly from Blender's Preferences.

1. Open Blender and go to **Edit > Preferences**.
2. Switch to the **Add-ons** tab.
3. Click **Install** and select the Node Janitor `.zip` file.
4. Enable the add-on by checking the box next to **Node Janitor**.

Alternatively, if you are running from source, place the add-on
package in Blender's add-on directory and enable it the same way.

Once enabled, the **Node Janitor** panel appears in the Node Editor
sidebar (*N* panel) under the *Group* tab.
